Foot Mobile Electrical Supervisor

Central London/West End

Salary to £45,000 DOE plus package

Permanent full time

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.

This role will be supervising engineers on commercial sites.

As a Foot Supervisor your main responsibilities will be;

Duties and Responsibilities

Leading a team of engineers who are foot mobile/static around Central and West End London
Ensuring all pre planned maintenance (ppm) tasks are performed and completed
Ensuring unplanned maintenance tasks are reviewed each day and where additional resource or reallocation to another engineer is required to be completed
Oversee the maintenance contract and engineering staff
Support the contract support administrator with distribution of planned and reactive maintenance
Liaise with contract managers on ongoing works and any associated issues or queries

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Foot Electrical Supervisor role;

You will be a qualified electrician holding Level 3 and 18th edition
You will have proven experience working on commercial buildings
You will ideally have experience as a lead or supervising engineer
You will have excellent communication and client facing skills
