Stately-Albion is Europe's oldest manufacturer of park homes and luxury holiday lodges, which are customer focused in design and value.

Job Purpose:

To carry out tasks to defined levels of production and quality, achieving output targets within the time limits required, safely & efficiently.

Main Duties:

Communicating with colleagues to organise jobs in a high pressure environment.

The job is physically demanding and you will need to demonstrate and pass inductions, such as manual handling, chop saw and nail gun training.

Control of stock levels and components is a part of the role and you will be expected to take on the responsibility of this, and the delivery of items which will involve lifting.

Pride and a good standard of work is expected at all times we work to deadlines so the job is always under pressure, and high standards are expected throughout.

You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team and be able to motivate yourself as well as become a valid member of the team.

Operation of machinery is mandatory, crosscut saws, panel saws, wall saws, beam saws, edge banders, and bandsaws will be a part of your day to day work.

It will be your responsibility to make sure you leave the saw in a satisfactory condition after use.

Good knowledge of milling machines and their operation is required.

Qualifications on machinery are desirable, but not essential as you will have to go through in-house training before you can operate the machines.

Hours
Shift A (39 hours)

Monday
Thursday: 06:00 14:00 (20 minute paid break)

Friday: 06:00 - 13:00 (20 minute paid break)

Shift B (39 hours)

Monday
Thursday: 08:30 16:30 (20 minute paid break)

Friday: 06:00 - 13:00 (20 minute paid break)

Salary:

£ £15.64 (starting salary depending on experience, hourly rate will increase to £15.64 when fully trained)

Pay:
£11.50-£15.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
