Description

Responsibilities;

Design and document Credit Risk strategy change methodology and processes
Implement enhancements to processes to minimise the occurrence of risk events
Lead the production and delivery of test plans and reports to validate successful strategy build before implementation into production regions
Design, implement and manage a suite of management information to identify implementation errors and opportunities to enhance existing strategies
Experience within a relevant financial services organisation
Responsible for building an innovative culture within the department by exploring and implementing cuttingedge technique and methodology to enhance Bank decision making
Strong stakeholder management skills required to work with peers and senior leadership to drive delivery of key business initiatives
Build partnerships with internal business function to drive and own projects and any required developments
Manage delivery schedule and timelines with multiple requests and competing interests
Enable key business revenue driving functions
Automation of key assurance processes
Reduce risk of poor customer experience by thorough and detailed testing
Reduced number of risk events
Reduced identification time for any issues

Skills desired:

Relevant Financial Services experience
Retail Banking experience
SAS / SQL coding proficiency
Near prime banking experience
Agile work experience
Understanding of Credit Risk decision engines
Testing function experience
