Due to ongoing success, we are currently looking for a Department Manager to join our Property Management Team.
The role would involve managing the Tenancy Management department with the day-to-day running of a portfolio of both student and residential properties.
What you'll be doing:
Property & Tenancy Management is the management of all matters related to student and residential tenancies ensuring a high quality of maintenance, providing knowledge on best practice, keeping compliant as well as health and safety matters.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the Property & Tenancy Management Team
- Overseeing repairs
- Overseeing all matters of health and safety and compliance including updating records
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Keeping up to date with and implementing the latest legislation
- Overseeing major projects and section 20 notices
- Preparing properties for new tenants moving in
- Arranging move outs
- Preparation of annual budgets and chairing
- Acting as a primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

The salary for this position will vary on experience however there is also a performance related bonus which is payable on either a quarterly or annual basis at the line managers discretion.
Applicants with experience in a similar role or with minimum 2 years property management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
