The role & the skillset required:

The main purpose of the role is to
conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let's through to exchange and completion.

Identifying and
maximizing business opportunities
Carrying out
Lettings and Listings
Booking
property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering
exceptional customer service over the phone and facetoface
Working towards and
achieving personal and branch targets:
Giving
directives to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
Negotiating and agreeing on
tenancies:

-
Representing the company in a professional manner

Building
strong relationships with local property owners
Previous
lettings experience would be desirable but not a must:
You will be a
strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have
solid IT skills:

-
Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.

You will be
targetdriven and ambitious

Excellent
organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
