This is an exciting time for us as we have the opportunity to deliver a number of other well-established services throughout the Region including

A communitybased Facilitation Service for adults with a physical disability
Self-Directed Support Brokerage Service
A buildingbased Rehabilitation and Support Service for adults with an acquired brain injury
A communitybased service for Children & Family Outreach Service who have an acquired brain injury

About the role
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Service.

Working as part of a team of administrators you will work closely with management to provide proactive and effective administrative support to our busy service.

The role will provide support to our payroll function of our Brokerage Service including, processing timesheets, processing payments associated with salaries, communicating with Customers and Personal Assistants as well as providing administrative support to our Link Practitioners.

You will play a key role in keeping our busy service running smoothly.

Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover - a temporary post until February/March 2024.

You will be able to demonstrate passion for our work and a commitment to our values
You will be creative and solutionfocused in your thinking
Have experience in a similar administrative role
Have excellent IT, proficient with Word and Excel, and numerical skills
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
