TITLE Contracts Coordinator

Hours WTE) 1-year fixed term/secondment

LOCATION Hybrid, with the ability to travel to meetings/all HUC sites when required

An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Coordinator to join the contracting team on a 12-month fixed term or secondment, to support the development and implementation of a robust contract management framework to deliver NHS services across the South West and East of England.

We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated, and affable person who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

The post holder will need to demonstrate strong partnership working and have the ability to analyse very complex information and be solution focused.

Accountabilities:

Take full accountability for managing and updating the contracts register, reporting on the portfolio of contracts across the organisation.
Undertake contract quality checks ensuring content, format and structure are completed to a high standard and support the arrangements for issuing contract.
Develop or review draft contracts, providing initial feedback and ensuring all internal documents and policies for each contract are up to date and sent as required
Respond to contractual queries and overall support with the governance processes for robust contract management and oversight.
Represent the contracts department at meetings as required
Deliver contracting support for contract review meetings, maintaining action, risk, and contract logs
Develop presentations around the contract's portfolio and key contractual obligations.
