Here at Ideal World, we are seeking a TV Studio Floor Manager to run the studio floor and delegated live shows, in conjunction with all associated TV departments.

You'll work with the Creative Development team in forward planning and demonstration preparation for live shows and take responsibility for all guests and model management, with delegated live and pre-recorded hours.

As TV Studio Floor Manager, you'll also prepare products, demonstrations and provide technical assistance when required.

It's worth noting that our TV teams work a 12.5 hour day on a rotating 7 days per fortnight shift pattern.

This means one week you work 5 shifts, and the following you work 2 shifts, working out to a weekly average of 40 hours a week, and meaning you work 7 days within a fortnight.

The shift pattern includes working weekends, bank holidays, early mornings, and late nights, and covering our ITV contract.
