The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a background of supporting Children in a residential setting.
The role involves:
- overall day to day running of a small residential home for children with SEMH needs
- ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
- meeting all budgetary, regulatory and service development targets
- responsibility for providing a high-quality service, both in respect of client support and employee engagement
- effective occupancy management; co-ordinating referrals and assessments
- leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
For this role, you will need to have:
- NVQ 5 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification
- Strong management and communication skills
- Experience within children's residential services
