Salary - £24,000 per annum.


Reports to - Senior Care Coordinator


Hours:


  • Full time contract
  • Weekend availability may be required.
  • On call participation prorata
  • Overtime available.
The Care Workshop are looking for kind, caring, self motivated and reliable individual to join their team.

The Care Workshop provide Healthcare Workers to support vulnerable individuals in our local community, to ensure they remain in the comfort of their own home.

Joining our team means you will be managing your own team of Healthcare Workers and Service users, in line with CQC and the Local Councils regulations.


Duties include:


  • Dealing with new service user enquiries for your area.
  • Responsible for your designated Healthcare Workers and cover.
  • Responsible for the Health Care Workers.
  • Participating in the out of hours on call on a rota basis.
  • Managing the competency for your designated care staff, and service users.
  • Able to cover care calls if the business requires.
  • Liaising with other multidisciplinary teams.
  • Liaise with your line manager to ensure sufficient recruitment of staff to cover calls.
  • Ensure records are completed and inline with CQC and the local Council Guidelines.
  • Managing the Electronic Monitoring System (CM2000)
  • Complete audits.
  • Leading a team to promote growth and development for staff and the business.

Requirements:


  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential. Along with Class 1 Business Insurance as a minimum.
  • All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
  • Experience in the role is essential.
  • Experience with using Electronic Monitoring Systems is essential, preferably CM2000 but training will be provided.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Must hold a NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, but willing to work towards obtaining Level 3 in Health and social Care.
  • Provide suitable references.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
