An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tunnock's Biscuits, manufacturer of the world renowned Caramel Wafers and Teacakes, as an
HR & Payroll Administrator, supporting both these key functions in their factory in Uddingston.

Proven experience in administering end to end payroll process, ensuring the business is legally compliant in all aspects of payroll regulations and from a UK HMRC perspective;
Administration of Pension Auto Enrolment and other employee benefits
Supporting the HR team with the full onboarding and termination process
Providing statistical analysis in terms of absence, discipline, grievance etc
Learning & Development administration arranging training courses, communicating with employees and follow up documentation. Working closely with Production to log their On The Job Training to provide up to date training matrices.
Point of contact for Employee queries regarding HR policies, process and practice
Support the Employee Coordinator conducting Return to Work Interviews and Operator Recruitment
Support with note taking in Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
Administration duties as required
