TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Home Based(Northampton / Warwick / Midlands area deally)

c£52k + car + £3k bonus + overtime + generous benefits package

Our client has been established for more than 50 years and are renowned as market leaders in the fast-paced automation and materials handling solutions sector, and as a result of internal promotion and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, are now seekingto recruit a proactive, dynamic and experienced Training and Implementation Manager to complement their professional senior team.

Based from home (ideally in Northampton or the surrounding area) and travelling to customer sites or Head Office as required, you will perform a range of management and training activities that will include (but not be limited to):

Preparing and delivering training courses including the content and associated documentation on a range of internal systems and solutions, processes and procedures
Management and delivery of training throughout the business on multiple sites in various locations (
so you must be able to undertake overnight stays away)
Managing all aspects of online training and the associated training database
Producing and implementing a training pack for new starters within the engineering services and support function
Identifying training opportunities on customer sites and highlighting as appropriate
Managing the training budget
Participating in the engineering services and support meetings as required
Implementing CMMS on new sites and producing Service Schedules and associated documentation

Essentially you will possess a full UK driving licence, excellent organisational skills and the ability to create and present interesting, engaging and relevant technical training at all levels and in a professional manner, realistically to groups of upto 20 engineering and technical personnel at any time.

You will be a proficient user of the MS Suite of packages with knowledge or experience of automated systems or MHE proving distinctly advantageous.
