THE ROLE:

Project Admin Support


EV Cargo deliver technological solutions to some of the globe's biggest brands, and we have an opportunity for a Project Admin Support role working in the Professional Services Team.

The Professional Services Team implements projects for new customer implementations and changes to existing customer solutions. This role has been identified to support Project Managers and the Programme Manager with admin support tasks. There is also the possibility of progressing into a Project Management career.


THE SALARY
£30,000.00 Per Annum.

OFFICE BASED

This role is hybrid and with required travel to either or offices in Gerrards Cross (SL9 7AP) or Leeds (LS1 5DE).


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning, managing and maintaining project delivery and templates, ensuring collateral is being consistently used across the team.
  • Managing project setup tasks, including invoicing, forecasting schedules and system set up. We use a Project Management Tool called Hydra (full training will be provided).
  • Supporting with financial reconciliation processes including monthend and financial audit administration.
  • Ensuring project time and task allocation is completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure revenue plans are achieved.
  • Providing daytoday project management support. Work with the Project Manager to oversee the project life cycle, anticipating challenges and identifying and managing issues and risks.
  • Developing strong partnerships with crossfunctional teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Working with colleagues to implement process improvements to make things better for customers and colleagues.
  • Driving internal and external stakeholders towards timely delivery of quality products.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualifications. Level 2 in English & Maths.

Experience. Strong administrative experience. Excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office packages and databases. It would be beneficial to have a knowledge of Project Management lifecycles and activities and Change Management processes. Previous experience in project delivery for consulting and or technology would be beneficial.

Communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. This includes having the ability to formulate and present information in a clear and concise manner. Detail focused, numerate and analytical. Strong team player who can overcome barriers such as location in order to build effective working relationships.

Planning & Organisation. Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritising skills to ensure objectives are achieved on time. Ability to identify problems and solutions, helping to make decisions and take appropriate action to resolve.

Ability to work independently and work on own initiative whilst using judgement to know when to seek help and guidance.

Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to other company sites (UK only).
