Description

Pod are working with an international consumer goods manufacturer who are looking for a Mill & Logistics Support to join their team in Northfleet.

You will establish and maintain solid business relationships within the UK supply chain team and within the Northfleet Mill Senior Leadership team and the Mill Manger to ensure full administrative support to the Northfleet Site and support the Logisticsteam with Customer Delivery.

Some of your key responsiblities will include:

Provide help with admin related PO for Logistics team
Drive rootcause of NCR (customer related failures at warehouse), coordinate actions between Logistics, Warehousing and Order Management teams to help reduce customer penalties
Help drive site communications with a focus on engagement
Write and manage content for all communications channels including working with the management team to produce content for Mill news
Create and manage feedback processes including online surveys, town hall feedback
Minute monthly Information & Consultation (I&C) and Mill Consultation and Bargaining Committee (MCBC) meetings, posting the minutes /action points on SharePoint
Responsible for ordering stationery in liaison with the staff shop to ensure sufficient stocks. Implement at least twice annually stationery stock takes, check stationery invoices and monitor stationery budget monthly (with MIT Manager)

Key Experience Requirements:

Demonstrable track record in the field of administration support, communication and data analysis
PA experience is desirable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- ability to minute take and identify key points and actions from meetings.
