Attendance Officers on behalf of a Local Authority in Walsall.

Position:
Attendance Officer (Temporary)

Location:
Walsall Borough

Hours:
Part Time - 30 hours over 4 days.

Salary:
£14.41 per hour with potential pay increases each financial year.

Duration: 9 months with potential for extension.

Key Requirements:

As an Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the attendance and welfare of pupils in the Walsall Borough.

Valid Driving Licence:
A UK full driving licence is essential for this role.

Access to Own Vehicle:

You must have access to your own vehicle, along with Business Insurance, as you will be responsible for commuting within our area to conduct home visits.

Responsibilities:

Conducting home visits to ensure the attendance and well-being of pupils.

Collaborating with educational teams and families to promote school attendance.

Contributing to the positive development and welfare of children and young people.

A valid Enhanced DBS will be required for this post
