Description
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and promote a customercentric culture
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Salary:
£19,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, CR0 1LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
