Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions
- Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment and promote a customercentric culture
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Salary:
£19,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, CR0 1LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
