What You Will Do:

Receive inbound customer calls
Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and dispensing systems
Complete calls on screen accurately while speaking with customers
Process orders, pricing requests, and other ad hoc requests our customers
Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues

Position Details:

This position is located in Caerphilly. The working hours for this position are (09:0017:00)

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with SAP essential
Prior experience utilizing a multiline telephone system

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fastpaced environment
Solid problem solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly dependable
