Sales Renewals Representative


Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage renewal activities for EMEA including supporting, achieving, and measuring various Customer Success KPIs and related metrics, including customer satisfaction, adoption rate, and renewal rate
  • Manage transactions through every stage of the renewal cycle with EMEA direct customers and EMEA channel partners
  • Integrated closely with EMEA Field & Channel Sales organization in support to
  • Cross-Sell / Renewal Tech Refresh new opportunity growth in assigned territory
  • Partner with EMEA Field and Channel Sales organization to lead development of new opportunity growth in assigned territory
  • Partner with Customer Success team to provide seamless customer support during renewal process
  • Respond to questions from End-Customer / Channel on any aspect of renewal
  • As an analytical problem solver and selfstarter, you will use data and qualitative information to help develop strategy; drive and optimize our renewals business and customer lifecycle
  • Interpret and analyze KPIs and related metrics to develop and drive strategy to optimize our renewals business and customer lifecycle
  • Proactively identifies customer issues and resolves problems though research and consultation with internal support teams
  • Maintain current knowledge of A10's competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Ensure all processes are well documented and maintained up to date
  • Create and update processes as needed to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Job Requirements:

  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Demonstrated success in an operational role with a focus on Customer Success
  • A basic understanding of telecommunications, networking and IP technology solutions
  • Strong communication skills are required, both written and oral
  • Strong knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, SFA tools, and MS Office tools
  • Required working experience utilizing SFDC, Oracle & Discoverer reporting
