We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketing Executive to support our Marketing & Market Access Manager, UK & Ireland.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop essential marketing skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing & Market Access Manager and the crossfunctional UK and Ireland country team to support the development and delivery of defined promotional activities to support the products brand strategy.
Work in consultation with the relevant teams and stakeholders to develop marketing materials, implement the materials with the Field Sales team and track their effectiveness.
Carry out at least one customer facing visit bimonthly in the UK or Ireland to gather feedback from the sales team for discussion with the Marketing & Market Access Manager, UK & Ireland to shape future strategy and materials.
Support the Marketing & Market Access Manager, UK & Ireland with key congresses (in the UK, Ireland and internationally) and deliver the agreed roles and responsibilities.
Attend congresses as agreed with the Marketing & Market Access Manager, UK & Ireland in the UK and Europe to be an ambassador with customers, support the field team and international marketing team as required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field strongly desired.
Previous experience in a sales or marketing coordination/assistant role is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to manage projects across the business functions in a proactive, collaborative, and organised manner is essential. Good knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
Ability to operate as Alimera Sciences Limited ambassador with customers, professional bodies etc.
Demonstrable interpersonal influencing and communication skills are essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
