We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Insurance Advisor, working for a reputable employer based in Hornchurch. They have over fifty years insurance experience and are known for providing exceptional customer service to their customers. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join their welcoming team. The salary on offer is up to £24'720, depending on your insurance experience, plus bonus and benefits.

As the Insurance Advisor you will be responsible for handling new business sales, cross-selling, mid-term adjustments and renewals. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and will work to KPI's and Targets.

In this role you will work forty hours per week, including a one in three-week weekend rota.

They are currently open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

They are currently reviewing the hours to reduce the hours open on a Saturday and close on a Sunday, this has not yet been finalised but is looking likely.

They offer a salary of £18'025 if you have one year's insurance experience, £20'600 if you have two years insurance experience and £22'145 if you have three years insurance experience.

If you have more than three years insurance experience and you have DIP CII certification the salary increases to £23'175 and if you have the DIP CII certification and solid experience in insurance the salary increases to £24'720.

They support you to achieve your DIP CII certification if you do not have it. They offer you training, development, and long-term career progression.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need previous insurance experience within Car, Household, Motorcycle, Classic Car, Caravan, or Motorhome insurance.

You will also need strong communication skills and to be computer literate.
