We help clients structure the benefits in the most effective way, supporting client to engage with their benefits and drive value for money.

A look into the role

As an Employee Benefits Consultant within our team practice, you will:

  • Support the renewal process (as needed) in conjunction with the wider client relationship for existing Grant Thornton clients.
  • Ensure that any additional services outside of the agreement are charged for accordingly, as agreed by a Director/Partner
  • Provide employee benefits consultancy services and solutions around full employee benefits.
Knowing you're right for us


Joining us as an Employee Benefits Consultant, the minimum criteria you'll need is experience of working in an employee benefits consultancy.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.


  • Experience of client portfolio management, including presentation of reports and recommendations to clients
  • Technical knowledge or various risk, healthcare or pension offerings
  • Ability to document and follow clear procedures in respect of implementation and ongoing management.
  • Track record of client portfolio management, including the presentation of reports and recommendations to clients.
