We are a leading luxury furniture company in West London, and we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our showroom team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the showroom
  • Assist clients in selecting the right pieces to meet their design needs and style preferences
  • Build strong client relationships by following up on inquiries, maintaining regular communication, and providing ongoing support
  • Meet monthly sales targets through efficient selling and upselling techniques
  • Keep the showroom organised and presentable at all times

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury furniture industry
  • Experience working for a highend furniture brand would be a distinct benefit
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to suggest creative solutions to clients
  • The ability to meet sales targets in a fastpaced environment
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
