Marketing Lead
Northcott Global Solutions (NGS) is an international emergency response company specialising in security, medical and travel risk management services.


Based in Canary Wharf, London, NGS supports a globally diverse client group and is looking to appoint a
Marketing Lead to create and implement its marketing strategy across a variety of platforms.

This is a part-time role (2 days per week) based in London (although can be performed remotely). NGS offers excellent employee benefits including health and dental insurance, office gym membership, cycle to work scheme and pension.


NGS needs a creative thinker who is both able to operate under their own initiative and has experience of digital marketing campaigns, to consolidate and galvanise the company's marketing plan.

The successful applicant will formulate a marketing strategy and create and implement content deriving from it, ensuring relevant KPIs are met.

They will take ownership over the social media and digital communications, generating engaging and informative communication material, including thought leadership articles, social media posts and video content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a formal marketing strategy for the company.
  • Support ongoing website updates and identify means to boost NGS web exposure.
  • Support the planning of industry events, webinars and podcasts.
  • Maintain a consistent approach regarding company branding and generate a plan for its further development.
  • Scan competitor websites and digital media on a regular basis to identify opportunities to advance the service offering.
  • Proof read all material generated by the company for public dissemination.

Skills and Experience:


This role is suited to someone with strong written communication skills, who can create compelling content to engage a corporate audience.

Prior experience of working on B2B marketing campaigns would be an advantage.

  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Writing blog posts or articles
  • Updating websites using appropriate tools
  • Creating design assets for social media campaigns in Adobe
  • Creating promotional flyers and videos
  • CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

Qualifications:

  • Education: degree in marketing or similar (preferred)
