Hyde is looking to recruit an apprentice Administrator.


Are you passionate about engaging with customers and enhancing their experience? Do you have excellent communication and administrative skills? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Involvement Administrator at Hyde.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration inbox/calendar, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Support the Customer Involvement team in organizing and coordinating customer engagement activities, such as resident meetings, focus groups, surveys, and events.
  • Assist with the management of customer feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate responses are provided.
  • Help maintain accurate records and databases of customer involvement activities and participants.
  • Coordinate logistics for customer involvement events, including venue bookings, refreshments, and equipment setup.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and share relevant information, ensuring effective communication and engagement with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Help organise local customer involvement meetings and activities.
  • Support training, mentoring and development for resident volunteers and groups.
  • Collate, record, and monitor all customer involvement activities.

Requirements:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A customerfocused attitude, with a genuine interest in building positive relationships and enhancing customer experience.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
