£39,000 - £42,000 depending on experience, plus £9,063 shift allowance, and benefits listed below.

What's the role?
As a Shift Manager, you will be leading a shift team to deliver the logistics KPI targets for the site.
In this role safety will be your number one priority - you will actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture through leading by example.
You will lead with a passion for quality by ensuring your people have the skills and capability to complete Quality assurance and control checks as required.
You will constructively lead Daily Control System meetings and shift handovers.With a desire to learn, you will build up a full understanding of the role and how it fits into the broader Heineken supply chain.
This understanding will allow you to actively contribute to improving the financial impact of operational performance - your responsibility will be monitoring and minimising raw material and product loss and controlling stock levels accurately.
This is a people manager role and requires an individual who exhibits the behaviours outlined in our Leadership Expectations - That's an important part of the roleWhat are we looking for?
We're looking for a leader who is self motivated, positive and ready to engage and lead a team of experience technical operators.
You'll be in charge of encouraging and ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support to drive brilliant results.
On top of that you'll have:
- Previous experience in logistics
- TPM Knowledge
- Previous experience of people management with a supportive leadership style
- High attention to detail with health and safety as priority
