    The Opportunity

    Stantec supports clients across the UK & Ireland through all project stages to ensure informed and sustainable decisions.

    We are expanding our teams to deliver expert solutions to diverse challenges. We seek Senior Wastewater Modellers to join our offices in Brighton, London, Cambridge, Ashford, Kings Hill, Southampton, & High Wycombe.

    You will join a national team working on projects related to catchment growth, flood risk reduction, and water quality improvement. Our work emphasizes urban drainage within the broader water cycle and urban landscape, prioritizing environmental commitments and sustainability.

    Innovation is key to our delivery. Your input will help maintain our leadership in developing digital solutions and smart applications.

    Within Your Role, You Will

    1. Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.
    2. Develop and deliver innovative solutions in Stormwater Overflows, Water Quality Management, Developer Assessments, Flood Investigations, and more.
    3. Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures in Wastewater Modelling to enhance our service delivery.
    4. Plan and coordinate project delivery, including preparing cost estimates.
    5. Mentor and supervise junior team members, ensuring high-quality technical outputs.

    Leverage your experience in urban drainage projects and technical expertise in activities like urban drainage modelling, including proficiency with InfoWorks ICM.

    Lead technically within a team environment, managing and developing staff while embodying our values of client focus and service excellence.
