V2L Ltd is a family run business which has seen a successful and steady growth since our beginnings in 2008, and as a result, we are now one of the UK's leading Commercial Vehicle brokers.

Due to growth we are looking for an experienced, part-time administrator to assist with the day to day running of the business.


Duties include:


  • Planning & prioritising workloads
  • Follow up calls to customers regarding enquires
  • Customer service, making sure customer's requests are dealt with appropriately and effectively
  • Working to deadlines and making sure all finance documents are thoroughly checked and processed
  • Managing a sales database
  • Supporting the team within the sales and accounts environment to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Developing an understanding of and supporting all areas of the business.

Your Skills:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Computer literate and accurate data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Driving license would be an advantage but not essential

Personal Qualities:


  • Polite and of a happy disposition with a good sense of humour
  • Able to get along with a wide variety of people
  • Reliable and Trustworthy
  • Will to learn and have a keen interest in providing excellent customer service
  • Be prepared to work as part of a team

Hours:
Typical hours would be 9.30am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location:
In person
