Description

Duties include but are not exclusive to:
Speaking to retail customers, understanding there Aftersales needs, quickly planning a solution whilst keeping the customer updated.

Responsable for ensuring communication is consistent with both the customer and the workshop

Administering the warranty process


Arranging the logistics of getting the car ready for handover, this will usually involve co ordinating between MOT's and cosmetic repairs as agreed at point of sale.

You must be self motivated and able to manage your time and others effectively and lead by example.

Salary:
Up to £33,000.00 per year
