Principal Planning Officer - West Midlands, United Kingdom - Macdonald & Company
Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Planning Officer at a Local Planning Authority in the Greater London area for an initial 6 months.
Duties will include;- Attending site visits
- Prepare detailed committee reports
- Mentoring and signing off delegated reports
- Negotiate finalize and discharge conditions
- Coordinate appeals
Pay Rate:
£45-£52 per hour Umbrella Co
Contract duration: 6 months with a view to extend on a rolling basis
In addition, you will have a natural enthusiasm and interest in major development in conjunction with excellent verbal and report writing skills.
