Hybrid - London
Salary £38,000 OTE £70,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join my client's business consultancy firm.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for hunting new opportunities and strategically selling our Negotiation and Advisory solutions across the UK and USA.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across UK and USA, targeting Large Enterprise Clevel stakeholders
- Convert viable prospects into active clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients
- Continually build an encouraging pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPI's are met
- Quota responsibility delivering circa £500k per annum of new revenue across your assigned territory (UK/US)
- Manage complex highrevenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments
- Exercise forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Skills and Experience
- 510 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within either Banking, Technology, SaaS, services or a consultative environment
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development / new business environment
- Experience selling to and/or influencing Clevel executives
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process
- Willingness to conduct worldwide travel

- Salary: £38,000
- Performance bonus: up to £70,000
