Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Assist in the service of coffee breaks, buffets and dining to our guests and prepare the areas accordingly
  • Prepare and deliver room service food & drinks to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Answer questions about the conference centre and its services.
  • Ensure your areas of work the conference centre are kept clean and tidy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.35 per hour
