Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Assist in the service of coffee breaks, buffets and dining to our guests and prepare the areas accordingly
- Prepare and deliver room service food & drinks to our guests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving guest requests in a timely manner.
- Answer questions about the conference centre and its services.
- Ensure your areas of work the conference centre are kept clean and tidy.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£11.35 per hour
