DEKRA are seeking experienced Aftersales Customer Experience Associates


You will be an experienced Aftersales professional who has a track record of improving customer experience for top brands across the automotive sector.


This self-employed coaching and consultancy position covers all aspects of the Aftersales customer journey from the initial booking, customer interaction onsite, optimised workshop planning, quality control, job completion and handover through to guiding managers to enable them to run an efficient and customer centric service.


To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate a track record of successfully motivating others to adopt behavioural changes to improve dealership performance.


You will be representing DEKRA on behalf of some our most prestigious customers and as such should be highly credible and reliable, be adaptable and empathetic in your approach, organised and able to meet service level and programme reporting requirements.

Ultimately you will be able to provide guidance and encouragement to key service staff and management teams to improve their Aftersales operation.


You will be working alongside an experienced team of Aftersales coaches that utilise the very best needs analysis and reporting tools, systems and remote coaching support to deliver our services.
