Exciting New Role

Construction industry experience essential (minimum 3-5 years)


We are an Architectural Design Consultancy and Building Development Company based in South East London looking for an experienced Project Support Administrator who can help the Site Manager run between - 5 building sites (project value dependent).

All projects are for domestic clients and some clients will remain in their property for the duration of the works.

All projects are walking distance from our office in SE13.


Must have:


  • Site and office experience, will be required to spend time in the office and on site
  • Great client facing skills, with the ability to understand and empathise
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong organisational skills, prioritising, attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, taking responsibility for own time management; working towards overall project timescales and potentially tight deadlines
  • Use project management software for project forecasts and day to day management
  • Excellent IT and data management skills, able to use systems for recording information and managing workload
  • Good numeracy skills, with the ability to problem solve and make analytical decisions
  • To be open, honest and respectful. While being flexible and adaptable and someone who takes ownership and follows through to completion decisions
  • Full time or Part time

Job Type:

From £20,000.00 per year
