Your new role

With a broad ranging practice providing comprehensive property advice across the public and private sector, you will handle an existing caseload in their dynamic housing team, advising on land acquisitions and development work for clients in relation to affordablehousing.

As part of the real estate team, you will operate all major sub-markets in independent healthcare for a wide range of clients, from investors to developers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a recently qualified commercial property solicitor with a strong underlying Commercial Property skillset developed in your training contract and be keen to develop strong client relationships.

You will have the opportunity to support several Partnerand Senior Associates within the Health and Social Care and Real Estate finance teams, where you will play a key role in the service delivery.

Experience in corporate support, development and/ or health sector work would be a distinct advantage in this role.
