This is an amazing opportunity to join the foundational team of a fast-paced start-up with the backing and resources of a multi-million-pound business.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for owning, forecasting, diagnosing, optimising and reporting the acquisition plans, to achieve the ambitious customer acquisition strategy.
You'll be focused on understanding and diagnosing performance drivers and drainers across the paid, earned, and owned mix.
Being the gotoperson to diagnose performance and articulate the narrative of the acquisition performance, communicating this to the wider business
Dataobsessed, you'll optimise our acquisition paid media and owned channels to deliver best possible ROI and innovate beyond the current channel mix.
Forecasting, tracking, diagnosing, communicating, and optimising acquisition paid media results daily, at a channel level
Working with the founding team and leadership team to build and scale a great product

Ideal Background:

Strong growth marketing experience, working specifically on a mobile product
Experience with AB testing and holding high standards in making investment cases through experimentation
Excellent project management skills, proactively managing inputs from multiple teams to forecast, report, diagnose and optimise, end to end
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and collaborative environment with a unique culture (they have a startup mentality whilst being part of a 100yearold institution).
