Description

We are looking for a Customer Service / Administration Assistant to join our friendly team within our Head Office based in Lynch Wood.

Customer interaction is predominantly telephone based, however, we adhere to a strict no cold-calling policy.

You will need great interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, an eye for detail and a team player. Good geographical knowledge is a bonus.


The Role:

You will provide excellent customer service through your enthusiasm and knowledge.

You will be required to assist customers and team members with a variety of tasks including:


  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
  • Taking orders, tracking orders through to completion.
  • Liaise with sales team and other departments.
  • Arranging services for customers, for example, booking scheduled appointments and emergency callouts whilst maintaining efficient route planning.
  • Raising invoices and processing payments.
  • Obtaining customer information and entering it onto the database.
  • Ensuring that the customer's experience is a positive one.
  • Assisting both end user clients as well as maintaining interbusiness relationships.
Hours of Work are Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 15:30. No evenings or weekends.


Salary:
Up to £19,200.00 per year
