Futures Recruitment Services are supporting their client with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join the expanding business here in the heart of Chichester.

We are seeking a motivated and autonomous team member to join the busy proactive team.


Key responsibilities for the Account Assistant:

  • To provide a contact point for day to day accounting enquiries from leaseholders and property owners.
  • Payment and recording of all supplier and contractor invoices.
  • Banking and recording of all tenant services charges and ground rent receipts.
  • Monthly bank reconciliations on each client account
  • Managing home owner standing orders and credit control.
  • Providing financial information to property managers.

Skills and experience desired for the Accounts Assistant:

  • 1 year of accounts experience
  • Some knowledge or experience in the property sector would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in running high volume sales and purchase ledger.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
