E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISER

(ONLINE MENSWEAR BRAND/ JD SPORTS/ FOOTASYLUM)

Our client has dramatically become recognised as one of the leading fashion agencies in the UK with amazing Head Offices in Manchester, representing some of the world's most exciting brands.

They have a wide range of networks across the UK, Europe and the Far East, as well as long-term relationships with all key accounts and Independent retailers.

Their team has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry and represents many Menswear brands both up and coming to well established.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Managing stock flow
Booking in stock with the brands ONLINE key accounts for JD SPORTS & FOOTASYLUM
Liaising with key Account Merchandisers
Placing order with factories over seas and sending invoices and Purchase orders
eStore weekly performances
Formulate range strategy and build commercially viable ranges in collaboration with Buying and Design team.
React to performance, manage risk and potentialize bestsellers.
Manage allocation and replenishment plans.
Implement terminal stock and exit plans to manage out old season stock.
Maintaining delivery dates and bookings for deliveries.
Responsible for the co-ordination of all critical path milestones to ensure accurate invoicing.
Updating and meticulously monitoring the critical path to identify any potential for slippage.

Proactive identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems/ delays as they arise so as to minimize the risk of cancellation or debits.

Checking all details on the customers contract/manual and passing on all relevant details to the supplier to ensure all stock delivered is compliant.

Ensuring factories have all the relevant information needed to complete each order on time and to customer requirements.

Working closely with the E-commerce team you will:
Review the online analytics and working towards optimising the site and increase conversion
Take ownership of providing monthly trading reports and feeding back to your team in order to ensure effective conversion
You will also conduct quarterly sales reviews to provide an insight into the strategy for merchandise.

Skills Required:
Strong, proven retail / e-commerce Merchandiser experience is required.
Analytical / Excel skills
Stock control
Worked with high street retailers ONLINE key accounts such as
JD SPORTS/ FOOTASYLUM
Commercially astute decision maker with the ability to communicate across levels of business.
Confident in ability to work within a small team.
Numerate, analytical with a well-developed commercial and business acumen.
Have a good understanding of the industry and online fashion.
Have strong IT skills including Excel.
Able to multi task and be highly efficient.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
