Are you looking to kickstart your commercial career? Do you have brilliant customer service skills and are looking for a supportive and friendly working environment?

Juice is delighted to be supporting a professional services organisation, in central Bath, with their search for a Customer Service Advisor.

No experience is needed, and full training is provided. Ideally, you'll have some customer service experience through retail or hospitality. Good keyboard skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.

DAY TO DAY:

Being the first point of contact for customers recording the details of their items and their claims.
Arranging settlement for policyholders once claims are authorised.
Ensuring the collection of any excesses or deductions from policyholders when required.
Providing clients and customers with regular updates concerning the progress of their claims.
Arrange with customers any necessary appointments for either home inspection or collection of products.
To request, collate and record any documentation or proof of loss/damage as required by the insurer or as directed by the Claims Management System.
Quality checking documents and products, accurately entering invoice details, and dispatching new items to customers.
Logging all details of calls on the internal system.
Assisting other claims teams as required
