ROLE DESCRIPTION


Client Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, housebuilders, consumers, and external clients.

They collaborate with the team to deliver impactful campaigns aimed at enhancing agent engagement across the client base.

From organizing and planning agent events to drafting high-quality communications and providing exceptional customer service, the Client Executive ensures a "gold-plated" experience for clients.

With a keen attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and experience in event planning, they contribute to the success of the organization's initiatives.

Their ability to build and maintain relationships, coupled with excellent communication skills, enables them to effectively address challenges and seize opportunities.

The Client Executive is prepared to travel across the UK as needed and is educated to degree level or possesses equivalent relevant experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engaging with key stakeholders including agents, housebuilders, consumers and external clients.
  • Working with the team delivering excellent campaigns to drive agent engagement across our client base.
  • Organising, planning, briefing and reporting for agent events e.g. Roadshow events across the UK, Town Halls, Developer forums etc
  • Drafting and proofing good quality communications to our agents.
  • Arranging, notetaking for internal and external meetings across many levels.
  • Administration tasks, e.g. keeping our engagement platform up to date/commercial partnership maintenance.
  • Award submission entries and presentations during finals.
  • Customer service providing a highlevel "goldplated" service for incoming agent enquiries.
  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by the CEO or Head of Client Engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships (both internally and externally).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Experience in event planning.
  • Prepared to travel around the UK when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
