The company are constantly evolving and transforming and have created a new opportunity for a number of Senior Credit Risk Analysts to join their growing Financial Services team and evaluate the performance of Credit Risk systems and strategies, coachingand mentoring Analysts, identifying and maximising opportunities to improve strategy performance.
What will you be accountable for?
- Monitoring and developing the Credit Risk strategies and systems, making recommendations to maximise their commercial performance
- Providing effective coaching and mentoring of Analysts, building capabilities to maximise Credit Risk systems and strategies
- Implementing and adhering to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business
- Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver the agreed commercial performance
Skills and experience needed
- Extensive experience of credit risk strategy development
- Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines e.g. FCA, TCF, Data Protection
- Experience coaching and developing the performance of others
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
- Analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach to problem solving
