Description

Apprenticeship roles are paid in line with Annex 21 of the terms and conditions at between 60-75% of the maximum point on the pay band.

The minimum hourly rate will match the national living wage.

This is an Annex 21 post.

70% of the top of band 4 for the 1st year (which equates to £19,317) and then 75% of the top of band 4 for the 2nd year (which equates to £20,697).

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with widespread experience of coordinating investigations, meetings and papers.

We are looking for a confident, organised, proactive individual who will provide administrative support to the Trust's Patient Safety Investigators.


Key tasks will include organising key meetings and supporting the Patient Safety Investigators to ensure investigations and associated work streams are successfully delivered and on time.

The post holder will take responsibility for ensuring timely generation and distribution of documentation and maintaining accessible, effective, version-controlled files.


The successful applicant will work with direction, but with independence, resolving and responding to incoming communications, and dealing with queries from multiple stakeholders.

They will possess excellent IT skills, an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, and employ exemplary time management skills.

The post-holder will have excellent organisational skills, be able to communicate with all levels of staff and demonstrate a significant level of initiative.
