Sales Support Administrator

Surrey (hybrid working)

£28,000 to £30,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our well established client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative support for the sales team.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Providing sales support duties for the sales team
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Ensure that checklists are completed
  • Liaise with customers in a polite and competent manner
  • Provide customers with instructions for completion and return of documents in a clear, uncomplicated and precise manner
  • On receipt of customer documentation ensure that the documents have been correctly completed and liaise with the customer and lender to move the matter forward
  • Reporting to the MD where there is uncertainty and guidance is required
You will have strong IT and communication skills. Leasing or Asset Finance experience would be a distinct advantage.
