Data Administrator - Contingent Accommodation

Warrington, WA3 6ZH - Hybrid Working Available

Full Time, Permanent

£25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
Here at Serco, we are seeking a Data Administrator to support the wider AASC team.


As Data Administrator you will be responsible for collecting timely and accurate data across the Contingent Accommodation business area in support of the finance processes.

You will also support the business to operate standard cost controls through the provision of data.


As part of this you will:

  • Ensure data records are accurate and complete
  • Compare cost data (received from suppliers) with expectations and highlight differences to enable validation of purchase invoices
  • Share analysis with the Operational Management team to support the invoice approval process
  • Identify data gaps and resolve by reaching out to virtual team and suppliers

What you will need to do the role:

  • Ideally you will already be a Data Administrator or similar, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with MS packages mainly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the UK.
