My client is on the hunt for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join their successful East Oxford Branch as a Sales Director.

This is a chance to join an award winning Estate Agency which offers a structured career path up to regional managementlevel.

Responsibilities for this Sales Director role will include:

Creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximising revenues and grow the property register
Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Maximising branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Managing performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetings

Skills & Experience for this Sales Director role:

Background in Estate Agency and customer service experience
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Be able to work effectively while managing a team
Display high standards of service and presentation
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a car owner with a full driving licence
