We are looking for a Young Persons Wellbeing Coordinator to coordinate support for young people by attending CAMHS transition meetings, providing outreach support to young people referred via CAMHS, leading on the Young Persons group sessions and providing 121 wellbeing appointments to people aged 16-25 _(for Job Description, please visit )_

£25,000 (based on working 35 hours per week)

Essentials:


  • Experience of working within a mental health service
  • Experience of supporting young people and their mental health
  • An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and personcentred support
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Swindon
  • GCSE/O Levels education (94/A*C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
  • Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology _Desirable._
  • An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.)
  • Desirable
