January/February start


Nationwide Surveying Consultancy are currently looking for a Graduate Surveyor to work on Land Management and Acquisition projects across the UK.

Full trianing provided. Office based

This successful graduate will ideally have the following background:

  • A Degree and/or Masters from a RICS approved course such Estate Management or Property Management).
  • Alternative backgrounds could be Geography, Planning or Business Management Degree and/or Masters.
  • A placement year in the industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • Theoretical knowledge through academic studies covering Land Management or Acquisition would be beneficial.
  • Desire to commence their APC (industry training) and become Chartered.
  • Any experience in a business working environment would be preferred.

Key duties of the Graduate Surveyor will include:

The Graduate Surveyor will work with the Network Operators on projects across the UK, your responsibility will be to identify land or buildings for acquisition or lease, and then to support the client through the acquisition process.

Personality traits would include - Enthusiasm, Desire to learn a new sector, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Commutable Locations - Liverpool, Manchester, St Helens, Knutsford, Warrington, Stockport, Altrincham, Wigan, Bolton.
