World BI is an established global conferences company working in a variety of industries.
We deliver business development opportunities through the running of exclusive, invite-only conferences with the senior executive of the world's top companies.

Your role will be to assist our marketing team in developing our marketing strategy in order to increase brand reputation and awareness.
The photography training we will provide you with will give you the chance to travel across the world at our conference which take place in every continent.
The role- Generating digital content: writing, graphics & video
- Carrying out SEO and reporting on data & trends
- Acting as a photographer at our conferences
This includes creating and editing content for social media and the website; assisting in social media planning and scheduling; reporting on SEO and other analytics.
It offers an excellent way to build skills and experience that will start your career in digital marketing, social media and communications with an industry-leading assistive technology company.
Above all, we are looking for someone who can use their own initiative and can bring new ideas to the table.
A willingness to learn and get stuck in will be key to growing in this role and being a successful member of the team.
Core Duties:
- Drafting and scheduling content for social channels
- Developing photo, video and graphic design skills to create eyecatching content
- Introducing new innovative ideas
- Generating reports using social media analytics
- Researching topics for blogs, social media content and video
- Engaging with audiences and responding to customers across social channels
- Monitoring social trends, competitor activity, key influencers, and Facebook groups
- Frontend operations to market for conferences.
- Campaigning projects for each event
- Providing innovative marketing solutions
- Learning and using photography at events
General
- Adhering to company processes, policies, and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices around social distancing
- Acting as a positive advocate for the company at all times
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager
- Supporting the wider Marketing Team
Skills Required:
Essential
- Excellent literacy, written and spoken communication skills
- Good administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- An understanding of social media platforms and experience using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for businesses
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Ability to produce clear information and edit simple copy
- Basic image and video creation/editing skills
- Good IT skills, MS office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Passion for digital design and presentation
- Able to work to a brief, independently and as part of a team
- Graphic design skills
- Photography skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
- Experience using Canva
- Experience in social media management
GCSE Qualifications
- English Grade 5 Required / C
Training to be provided
Digital Marketer Standard - Level 3
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a Development Coach who is an expert from industry.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training
