The Role


In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of service delivery during your assigned shift.

You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain exceptional service levels, focusing on key areas:


Data-driven Performance: You will utilise data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure we are consistently exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a sub 6% service KPI level across all operations during your shift.
  • Utilise our Echo system to identify and address any delays in service delivery.
  • Proactively resolve service failures and minimise undocumented issues.
  • Escalate any critical issues to your Line Manager in a timely and efficient manner.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or transport coordination role is essential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A commitment to ethical behaviour and upholding the values of OnCue.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 9 months


Pay:
£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
