Resource Coordinator
- Nantgarw, Office based with onsite car parking
- Permanent, Full Time
- Monday-Friday, 8.30am5pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)
- Salary circa £22,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience
- 23 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service

The Team:

The Role:
Working within a team of two, and as part of the wider Operations team, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for scheduling courses for both classroom and online training.
You'll react quickly to the demands of the business, sourcing venues, booking Tutors and liaising with delegates, to ensure a seamless service to both Learners and Trainers.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling classroom and online training courses in accordance with customer requirements
- Inputting course information into the CRM system.
- Sourcing and liaising with venues to arrange classroom style training
- Monitoring of delegates numbers on upcoming courses and liaising with the internal sales team.
- Arranging travel and visas where required for international courses.
- Sourcing examination venues both in the UK and oversees.
- Ensuring administration team are advised of any changes to course venues / dates / tutors etc.
- Provide an "Out of Hours" diary cover on a rotabasis with the Senior Resource Coordinator.
- Work in accordance with internal quality standards.
Skills and Experience:
- A confident Administrator with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Accustomed to working within a scheduling, logistics, training or recruitment environment, or within a comparable role where organisational skills are key.
- Methodical, efficient and able to manage competing priorities.
- IT literate with the ability to adapt to, and utilise, internal CRM and diary management systems.
- Able to work within a collaborative team environment as well as upon your own initiative.
- A strong communicator, verbally and in writing.
- Able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
